Thanks for requesting the "Excel" CSV file. This brief readme file outlines some of the ways that you can access the information.

*** Microsoft Outlook and Calendar software *** 

This particular CSV file has not been optimized to work with Microsoft Outlook or other similar calendar packages. If you wish to use Microsoft Outlook or similar calendar packages, you need to download the other CSV file from the Common Worship web site.

*** Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet software *** 

This particular CSV file has been optimized to work in spreadsheet packages like Microsoft Excel. Because a CSV file does not retain information on formatting, you may need to align columns and change fonts to make the file usable on your own machine.

The raw data is provided with most information in separate cells. This particular format may be useful to those who wish to create their own file formats from our raw data. If you do so, please observe our usual copyright restrictions that can be found at:

*** The last resort *** 

If you don't have Outlook or Excel or are struggling to make this file work, a last resort is to use Notepad. The file will open in Notepad and provide the lectionary in a very rudimentary way.

*** Other notes ***

Please note that the CSV file uses a UK date format (dd/mm/yy). US users will have to modify their regional settings to import the date ranges used in the file.
