1. Will clergy be encouraged to join unions to obtain free legal advice?

Clergy are free to decide whether or not to join a union. We recommended that the Convocations should consider making legal advice available to clergy, perhaps through a clergy professional association. We are pleased to hear that the Convocations are actively looking at this.
