Prayers prove popular

 

Daily Prayer, part of the Common Worship series, was the best-selling liturgical book last year, and among the top 15 religious best-sellers.

“The popularity of the edition has been beyond our expectations and is a tribute to the strength of the worshipping Church today,” said Church House Head of Publishing, Thomas Allain Chapman. “Clearly, people are hungry for a quality diet of prayer, praise and Bible reading.”

The latest addition to the Common Worship series is Christian Initiation, services to support the entire Christian journey leading to and beyond baptism.
