  2. The Archbishop of Canterbury and ordained members of his staff at Lambeth are classed as extra-diocesan and are not included in these figures.

  3. Dignitaries holding more than one dignity are included only in the higher ranking dignity.

  4. Incumbent status includes Team Vicars, Priests-in-Charge and Curates-in Charge of Conventional Districts.
