Local ministry is structured and resourced  in a variety of different ways in different parts of the world, and these patterns have been described by a range of titles, including SHARED MINISTRY, COLLABORATIVE MINISTRY, TOTAL MINISTRY and MUTUAL MINISTRY.  The specific ways these have been structured varies with the particular local needs and challenges of different contexts.
