Tell us what you think about our website
There are three ways for you to receive your pension payments overseas.
Transcontinental Automated Payment Service
The Transcontinental Automated Payment Service (TAPS) is operated by the Bank of Scotland and enables us to credit automatically a bank account in local currency with the amount of your pension. Using this method ensures faster receipt of payment, an improved foreign currency conversion rate and increased reliability and convenience.
If you would like your pension to be paid in this way, you would need to fill out a TAPS mandate available on request from the Clergy Payments Department.
BACS Payment to a UK account
In order to set this up we require written notification of your NI number, sort code, account number and branch with an accompanying signature.
Monthly Cheque
It is possible to receive your pension in the form of a cheque which will be sent by airmail with your monthly statement.
