Our publication, "Your Stipend" is available from the menu on the right hand side of this page. It is designed to answer many of  the questions which arise concerning the payment of stipends and related matters. 

A selection of  forms are included below, in pdf format, for you to complete and return to us. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you have a question relating to these subjects. You may also like to know that we make detailed presentations, during May and June as part of the Leavers’ Course, in most theological colleges.

Please complete these forms to reflect your circumstances after ordination and return them to us as soon as possible.

Bank details form	Use this form to advise us of your banking arrangements.
Income tax form 66C	This form enables HM Revenue & Customs to calculate you tax allowances.
Crockford's Clerical Directory	A form to ensure your entry in the Directory is as accurate as possible.
Data Protection Notice	A note about the data we hold.
Estimate of expenditure on heating, lighting and cleaning costs in provided accommodation.	A form to enable us to pay part of your stipend free of tax and national insurance in reimbursement of these costs.
Payroll Giving	A form to enable you to make regular donations to charity
Ordination Advances	An application form.
