Why is the amount of my pension different this month?

Check to see if your tax code has changed. If so, see PAYE tax section.

If your gross pension has changed you should call the Pensions Board on 020 7898 1800. Pensioners generally receive an increase and a new tax code on 1 April.

I have recently retired and am receiving a pension should I have been sent a P45?

If you are to receive a pension from the Church of England Pensions Board, you will continue to be paid by the Clergy Payments department and Form P45 is not due. At the end of the financial year you will receive a P60 for the year with a breakdown of stipend and pension payments.
