Training

 

Two General Synod reports, Children in the Midst (GS misc 781) and Children Included  (GS misc 804) form the basis for provision of training nationally for clergy authorised ministers and employed and voluntary children's leaders.

In 2003, the Archbishop's Officer for Evangelism among Children researched into the training that was provided at diocesan level in children's work. The results are published in the Survey into Diocesan Training and a summary is provided in section 2 of Children Included.

Margaret Withers delivered a lecture at the Children Adviser's Conference in April 2005. Please click here for the text of that lecture.
