Our objectives

In running this procedure it is our objective to manage all feedback effectively. We shall endeavour to ensure:

  • All feedback is dealt with consistently.
  • All stages to the procedure are clear.
  • A swift response to acknowledge receipt of the feedback is issued when requested.
  • Where further action is sought, the response will include an explanation of the process and give clear and realistic timescales for the handling of the feedback to manage your expectations.
  • There is a clear procedure for analysing feedback in general terms and identifying what can be learnt from it.
  • There will be regular review of all recent items of feedback to assess any patterns, the general handling of the feedback and how useful it has been etc.
